Kara Kohler to race for W1x

After a successful Henley Royal Regatta and consultation with USRowing, Kara Kohler will forgo her spot in the W2x and instead set her sights on the W1x for World Championships this year. She will be racing at US Trials II to earn that spot.

Sophia Vitas will be attending Selection Camp II in Princeton, NJ to determine either a new W2x or W4x.
