TRC High Performance is committed to providing each athlete with everything they need to succeed at the highest level.

Some of our athletes may receive limited funding directly from USRowing, but it is not nearly enough to cover everything that training like a professional athlete entails. And USRowing does not currently support TRC HP financially in any way.

TRC HP pays for all of the athletes’ costs incurred during racing throughout the year, the world-class equipment they use throughout the year, the best coaching in the United States, and physical and mental support services such as physical therapy and mental performance coaching.

All together, this support allows our athletes to have less stress about money AND reduce their hours at work, so they spend more time and energy on the one thing that earns medals: training.

Costs that an athlete is responsible for in one year of domestic and international racing:

$8,000 - $20,000

TRC HP aims to cover ALL of these costs, and even flip this number, so athletes can afford to work less, and spend those hours training more to strive for the podium.
